Solution:
Internet Explorer
If you have Internet Explorer browser then its pop-up blocker is on by default. When you visit any website which has pop-ups, an information bar will appear at the top of the browser window indicating that your pop-up has been blocked.
On clicking that information, you can:
· Allow pop-ups temporarily.
· Always allow pop-ups.
· Adjust the pop-up blocker settings.
On choosing temporarily allow pop-ups, this permission will expire when you close down your browser.
In case, you want to permanently disable the pop-up blocker in IE:
1. Open “Internet Explorer.”
2. Go to “Internet Options.”
3. Select "Privacy" from the menu
4. Select "Pop-up Blocker" from the “Privacy” menu.
5. Disable "Turn On Pop-up Blocker" (red arrow).
6. Your pop-up blocker is now disabled. To turn it back on, follow the steps above and select "Turn On Pop-up Blocker" from the Pop-up Blocker menu.
Google Chrome
In case, your pop-up blocker is turned on and any site will try to send a pop-up then you can find an icon with a red ‘x’ in your address bar.
On clicking this icon, you get:
· Always allow pop-ups from this site.
· Continue blocking pop-ups.
· Manage pop-up blocking.
For blocking pop-up, disable the pop-up blocker permanently in Chrome:
1. Open “Google Chrome.”
2. Select "Settings" from the Chrome menu.
