Change the Size of a Web Page

Keywords: change web page size, how do i change font size, change size of web page, how do i change the size of my font

Description

You often find text in web pages which is very difficult to read. To read the font clearly, you can make the page bigger. Further, some web browsers allow you to zoom in and out.

Solution:

For this, you need:

· An Internet connection

· A Mac or PC with Internet Explorer (PC Only), Safari, Chrome or Firefox

Steps to follow:

For PCs, press “Ctrl” and “plus” or “minus” symbol on your keyboard. For Macs, press “command” and “plus” or “minus” symbol. To zoom farther in and out, press it multiple times.

Browsers also contain menus to change the zoom:

1. You have magnifying glass in Internet Explorer 8 or 9 at the bottom right of the window. Click it to view the zoom options.

2. If you are using Safari then click “View” menu. After that, click “Zoom In” or “Zoom Out.”

3. For chrome users, click the wrench in the top right corner of the window and click “plus” or “minus” given next to the zoom option.

4. In Firefox, click “View” menu then go to “Zoom” and click “Zoom In” or “Zoom out.”

Now, read your text easily using the steps given in this tutorial. For more suggestions, contact Techvedic’s computer support helpdesk, as per below contact-details:
