Nowadays, YouTube is testing options which will give the ability to video owners to make their content downloadable. Owners can offer their videos for free or predetermined prices.
Now, YouTube is testing option with many universities. Also, you can find various versions of the RealPlayer software to download YouTube videos directly from the page. Whenever you watch a YouTube video, on moving mouse within the frame you find a small bar saying “Download This Video.” This will save the video into your RealPlayer library. But, you need to upgrade it by paying for latest versions.
There are websites like KeepVid.com or SaveVid.com which let you download videos easily. After downloading the software, paste the video URL into the bar and click “Download.” Then you will get the option of choosing a low-quality Flash video (.flv) or a higher-quality MP4 (.mp4). In case, you choose the Flash format then convert the downloadable video into another format that can be played on either QuickTime or Windows Media Player. Select the program for FLV convertor as per your operating system and simply use the software to open up the Flash file. Finally, convert it into any popular video format.
