Sending an email from your iPhone, iPad and Android devices is just a minute-consuming task. But, it is irritating when your email goes with the signature reading "sent from my iPad." Then what to do to change the auto-signature in iPhones, iPads and Android devices? Here is the solution.
Solution:
Change the Email Signature on iPhone and iPad
1.Firstly, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar.
2.Roll down to signature.
3.Then you get the option to write whatever you want in your sendoff line as well as set it for all accounts or “per account.”
4.In case, you select per account then you can customize the signature line for each email account connected to the mail app.
Update your “From” Name
When you are in Settings, you can also check “From” name. For this, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar. At the top during Accounts, you can see all the accounts you have connected with. Just pick up the one by tapping it and then on the next page, pick Account. You will see a page with Name field. This is what you called “From” name.
Change the Email Signature on Android
1.Go into your Email app and select the account you want.
2.Tap the menu button and pick Settings.
3.You will see a Signature section. It may be turned on by default. Talking about Samsung Galaxy S III, there is a slider bar to turn the signature on and off. Tap it, and you can customize the sign off.
