Visit PayPal's Security Key page
and read it for better understanding. After that, click the link labeled as “Get
extra protection with a PayPal Security Key now” which is located at the bottom
of the page. If you haven’t log in then PayPal will ask you to log in with your
username and password. On the next screen, you have to choose you want to order
a security key, set up your account to use security codes or to set up a
security key device. Press the “Order” button under “Register Your Phone” so as
to proceed further.
In the next step, enter your
cellphone number in the suitable fields and go through the terms and
conditions. Then press “Agree and Register.” Now, you will get a six-digit security
code to your phone. When prompted, enter that code and press “Activate.” After
5 minutes, code will expire.
